RM Syndic SRL is an IPI-licensed professional property manager based in Watermael-Boitsfort. We support associations of co-owners (ACP) in Brussels: accounting, general meetings, works, compliance and co-owner relations.

Our approach is built on transparency and traceability: every request is tracked, every decision documented, and your charges explained before they are voted.

You write once — by email, phone or Co-owner Portal — and we handle your request through to resolution. The online portal complements human contact; it does not replace it.

We prepare general meetings rigorously (timely notice, clear agenda, accurate minutes) and execute voted decisions without unnecessary delay.

We manage co-ownerships in Brussels from our office in Watermael-Boitsfort. By choice we limit portfolio size: describe your building and we will honestly tell you if we are the right fit.
