The syndic is the agent of your co-owners' association (ACP). They maintain the accounts, prepare meetings, monitor works, watch over legal obligations and respond to co-owners — with the rigour Belgian law requires and the transparency you are entitled to expect.
At RM Syndic, we manage co-ownership buildings in Brussels as a small, local syndic: a deliberately limited portfolio, named contacts and documented follow-up. No impersonal platform or assembly-line standardisation: every building has its history, contracts and meeting decisions, and we know them.

Administration & accounting
Provisional budget, calls for funds, annual accounting, charge statements and payment follow-up: the ACP's cash position is managed with the clarity of an accounting firm. You know what you pay, and the council has reliable figures to vote on in meeting.
